Residents of Virginia have certain personal data rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) which may be exercised free of charge up to two times per year, provided that in cases where the requests are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of complying with the request or decline to comply with the request.
