  • Besides name, email, and phone, what other information does ezTalkAi know about me?
    ezTalkAi will remember your conversations. Because it was trained with some publicly available information, it may know (or claim to know) some information about you that may or may not be true.
  • Why do you need my name and email?
    ezTalkAi needs to know who it is messaging with. Email is required for registration confirmation, important account information and updates, security, and fraud protection.
  • Can you delete my account and data?
    Yes. Please email a request to info@eztalk.ai from the email associated with your account. Please ensure the subject is DELETION REQUEST.
  • Can the ezTalkAi team see my conversations?
    Yes. A small team may review conversations to improve the AI model and build a safer experience for all.
  • Does ezTalkAi always tell the truth?
    As with all conversational AI chatbots, ezTalkAi is subject to AI hallucinations. Essentially, it may sound like it knows what it is talking about but may have partially or completely made things up. We are working to minimize the hallucination effect.
  • What can I chat with ezTalkAi about?
    Just about anything but please keep in mind some topics are off limits such as hate. If there is a topic that is off limits, the AI will ask you to change the conversation. For a list of topics off limits, view the acceptable use policy at Terms of Use
  • Are children allowed to use ezTalkAi?
    No. The service is restricted to those 18 years and older. We do not collect information from those under the age of 18.
